Now, listen carefully, the true fasting is of the spirit, (𝙅𝙊𝙃𝙉 4:24 𝙆𝙅𝙑); focusing all of mind and heart, (𝙈𝘼𝙏𝙏𝙃𝙀𝙒 22:37 𝙆𝙅𝙑), towards not allowing any evil thoughts, (𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝘀), or evil emotions, (𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘀), to enter your being, (1 𝘾𝙊𝙍𝙄𝙉𝙏𝙃𝙄𝘼𝙉𝙎 6:3 𝙆𝙅𝙑): No inner chattering’s about people in your mind secretly.

For example, someone might do something you do not like, and a secret thought enters and say what the h**l is wrong with him, he's dumb, why did he do this. This happens not out loud but secretly in the mind. Even thoughts and emotions about many physical things you want will have to be discarded from mind and heart.

When one reaches this state as a permanent, unwavering, love-driven station, you will be walking the earth like a little child, (𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜), in the real biological life, not imaginary or in a wish, or a psychosis, but actual, (𝙈𝘼𝙏𝙏𝙃𝙀𝙒 18:3 𝙆𝙅𝙑).

Try to be alert to the things inwardly for fifteen minutes a day and try to reframe from them and you will soon see that physical fasting for a hundred days could not be compared to these fifteen minutes. True fast is bringing every thought every emotion under the subjection of the Fathers’ holy image, which is the law of holiness crouched in righteousness, (1 𝙅𝙊𝙃𝙉 3 𝙆𝙅𝙑), twenty-four-seven, (2 𝘾𝙊𝙍𝙄𝙉𝙏𝙃𝙄𝘼𝙉𝙎 10:5 𝙆𝙅𝙑).

It takes tremendous power of Will to do this and can't be done at once. This is why you must start slow; fifteen minutes is usually is enough for people to abandon this campaign to never return to it ever, (2 𝙋𝙀𝙏𝙀𝙍 2:21 𝙆𝙅𝙑). It tickles me greatly when people talk about fasting because of this knowledge that was given to me from the diamond reservoir, Yahshua the Messiah, (Jesus Christ).
